This blog is to showcase some of the highlights of Elvis Presley's life (and the lives of family members or ancestors), through genealogical records.
I also throw in a few comments here and there about my genealogist's viewpoint.
I am am a type of nerd and have found interesting patterns in dates. I found this by doing genealogy. There is an underlying pattern in time which bears consideration and pondering about this mystery. I have found personal meaning in realizing that there are patterns in time. The patterns of course are best seen after-the-fact.
I did not know what to call these patterns. I realized that I needed to come up with a name for it, and so I call these patterns any of these four:
1. Genealogy Numerics
2. Event Numerics
3. Time Numerics
4. Numerics
I have seen these patterns in my own family history already. The Elvis Presley family will show some patterns also.
I also used astrology software to track these patterns in events. I hope nobody freaks out and thinks that I am doing something wrong. It is just a convenient tool because it divides time up into at least 12 sections (the Zodiac names).
Try it yourself with your own family history and see what you come up with. Find your own meaning too. If your own time numeric patterns match one side of the family more than the other, you might learn something about yourself.
